Recognizing the value that Captaris RightFax provides to your organization and the challenges of migrating systems during
the last quarter of the year, Captaris is pleased to announce that Customer support for RightFax version 8.7 will be extended
to September 1, 2008, from the original end-of-life date of November 14, 2007. Feedback from our customers indicated a desire
for more time to make the transition and to avoid any significant software changes in the last quarter. We encourage 8.7 users
to take advantage of this extension time and work closely with Captaris partners to plan a smooth upgrade to the 9.3 platform.
As was previously announced, all development work at Captaris is focused on the 9.3 platform. As a result there will not be
new features or new fax board support for 8.7. If you encounter a problem that was addressed in 9.3, or need a feature that
is already available in 9.3, we encourage you to start planning your upgrade

RightFax 6.0, 5.2, and 5.0 have entered "end-of-life" status. Telephone and e-mail technical support are no longer available
