This site contains all necessary files for any module utilizing Open Text Fax Server (RightFax) External Document Connector
(EDC) technology. The EDC is a document processing engine developed to facilitate integrations between Open Text fax products
and other document-centric applications. The EDC is at the core of the following products:
- Open Text Fax Server (RightFax) MFP Modules including Canon, HP, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Xerox
- Open Text Fax Server (RightFax) Connector for FileNet P8 (available on CD only)
- Open Text Fax Server (RightFax) XML Generator
Note: It is important to download all EDC updates.
