Known Issues * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Issue 001: When publishing a script in Kofax Ascent Capture Administrator you may receive the following C++ error when exiting the application: Runtime Error! This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. The above error message is caused by the following two conditions: 1. Microsoft .NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0 are installed together on the same computer as Ascent Capture. To eliminate the error message configure the Ascent Capture Administrator to use Microsoft .NET 1.1 exclusively. For information on how to do this, please refer to Technical Bulletin 6424 in the Kofax Knowledgebase. There is no loss of functionality or data as a result of the generated error. 2. Only Microsoft .NET 2.0 is installed on the same computer as Ascent Capture. Unfortunately, at this time, you cannot prevent the error message from appearing. There is, however, no loss in functionality or data as a result of the generated error. Issue 002: Alchemy Release Scripts for Ascent Capture do not support color pages in multi-page TIFF files. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 2.
