2. This release contains fifteen updates including:
• Update to Alchemy Web and Alchemy to enhance support for viewing an externally attached non-tiff OCR file (.jpg, .pcx). (68734,

• Web Client support for CAD files built in AutoCAD LT 2008. (63729)
• Update to the Alchemy Administrator OCR tab to view content of attached RTF files as an OCR file. (68195)

introduces Alchemy File Connector. Alchemy File Connector is the new component of Alchemy Content Management Suite. File Connector
Client helps you to add documents, view and modify the contents of the documents, control access to the documents, and search
for the documents using Windows Explorer.

Alchemy Release Script for Kofax Ascent Capture
Open Text announces the availability of the Kofax Ascent Capture release script for Alchemy. The follow items were fixed as
part of this release:
• Kofax Release Script return an error at release time.
• Alchemy Release Scripts for Kofax Ascent Capture do not support gray scale and color pages for multipage tiff.
