Siebel 7.5 eBusiness Applications integrate with RightFax 8.7 via the RightFax API.

To use RightFax, a user running a Siebel application goes to any applet and clicks Ctrl-F9 or to File Menu >> Send >> Fax. A Send Fax popup window appears to allow the user to type information. Depending on the user's operating system and fonts available on the browser, the user can type characters in any of the Siebel supported languages. The user can then attach a document (either in Word, Excel, PDF, txt, etc.). The user hits the Send button, and an email is generated. The email is sent to the RightFax SMTP server and is processed accordingly, such that a fax is quickly sent to the recipient.
