RightFax Connector for SAP R/3

Integrates with: SAP R/3 3.1g and higher

Features

• Supports SAP fax features for cover pages, broadcast fax and advanced fax controls

RightFax Enterprise Integration

Provides the ideal solution for companies with the need to deliver information from multiple applications across their enterprise including SAP, desktop, email, CRM, document management, workflow, forms and imaging systems.

Integrates with: SAP R/3 3.1g and higher, depending on the integration method used.

RightFax requirements: Includes the RightFax Enterprise Server and all the RightFax optional module software. Boards, channel licenses, support and services are sold separately. See server requirements for more specific information.

RightFax Business Integration

Entry-level solution for organizations with low-volume transactions that want to automate document delivery of business-critical documents only from SAP applications.

Integrates with: SAP R/3 3.1g and higher. Limited to two SAP inputs.

RightFax requirements: Either the RightFax Enterprise or Business Server. Additional RightFax modules can be added for Internet delivery. Boards, channel licenses, support and services are sold separately. See server requirements for more specific information.

Features

• Integrates with two SAP applications via SAPconnect, SAPscript or SAP SmartForms
• Enables two document forms for routine automated distribution
• Provides low-volume throughput—approximately 300 pages per day
• Fax and print delivery only—email and Internet delivery sold separately
• Supports two integration channel licenses (expandable to 30 or 1,024 total channels depending on server option) for integration traffic only
• Unlimited user licenses
