Captaris Demonstrates New Document Process Automation Solutions at Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference
Shows How Captaris Extends the Microsoft Platform with Imaging, BPM and Archiving Solutions

it is a Silver sponsor of the 2006 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference held July 11-13 in Boston, Massachusetts. Located
at booth 1600, the company is demonstrating how its product line solves typical document-centric business problems through
integration with Microsoft products and platforms. In addition, Captaris was invited to demonstrate in the conference theater
a new prescription application processing solution based on SharePoint Server 2007.

- Captaris Workflow 6.0 is a pure Microsoft .NET Framework-based business process management (BPM) product that integrates smoothly
with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, the Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework, SharePoint Server 2007 and other Microsoft products and
platforms. Captaris is showing a preview of its integration with SharePoint Server 2007 at the booth. Captaris previously
announced support for Microsoft Windows Workflow Services.
- Captaris Alchemy Web Parts for Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003 is a module that provides imaging, archiving
and records management functionality within a SharePoint Portal Server-based environment. Together, SharePoint Portal Server
2003 and Alchemy help companies to quickly and easily achieve their goals for enterprise content management, document security,
and compliance. Captaris plans to extend Alchemy support to SharePoint Server 2007 when released to businesses later this
year.
- Captaris RightFax 9.3, the leading fax server and electronic document delivery solution according to the Davidson Report,
integrates with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. RightFax acts as a secure and distributed ‘on-ramp’
to bring business documents into Microsoft applications from sources such as multifunction printers (MFPs) and fax machines,
and also serves as a secure ‘off-ramp’ to deliver documents directly out of Microsoft applications.
