results for the 2007 first quarter ended March 31, 2007 after the close of regular market trading on Thursday, May 3, 2007.
The Company will host a conference call and webcast the same day to discuss financial results, its recently announced agreement
to acquire Castelle, and other corporate events starting at 1:45 p.m. PT (4:45 p.m. ET).
