RightFax MFP Module Evaluation Edition Download
RightFax MFP Module Evaluation Edition enables you to evaluate the module before making a purchase decision. The software
contains all the functionality of the regular version and can be used for 60 days.
Before you download the software, please note:
- The module requires that you have an existing installation of a RightFax Server 9.3 or higher with the most recent service
packs and hot fixes.
- The module currently supports selected models of Hewlett-Packard, Konica Minolta, Sharp and Xerox MFPs. Contact your Captaris
reseller or MFP vendor for supported models.
- Users of Canon imageRUNNER devices must source the RightFax Integration for MEAP (which includes the RightFax MFP Module Canon
Connector and the RightFax MEAP application) through Canon and its authorized dealers. Captaris fulfills and supports the
integration.
- This offer is available to customers worldwide.
- The trial is valid for 60 days from the date of activation and includes currently supported MFP vendor connectors.
How to Purchase
By downloading the RightFax MFP Module Evaluation Edition, you have the opportunity to evaluate the software for 60 days before
purchase.The RightFax MFP Module evaluation version can be converted to a full edition product by purchasing a license for
the RightFax MFP Module that covers the correct number of devices and vendor extensions (HP, Sharp or Xerox). No additional
downloads are required.
To purchase a licensed version of the RightFax MFP Module:
Step One: Contact your Captaris reseller to purchase and convert to a full licensed RightFax MFP Module product without removing or
reinstalling software on your computer. There is no need to download software again. For information on a reseller near you,

Step Two: Receive RightFax MFP Module License card as confirmation of purchase. The license card is required to convert to the full
licensed RightFax MFP Module product.

To download your RightFax MFP Module if you have already purchased a license and have not already downloaded the software:
Step one: Download your RightFax MFP Module Evaluation Module Edition. All RightFax MFP Modules are downloaded first as an evaluation edition.
Step Two: Download the RightFax MFP Module documentation for HP, Sharp or Xerox. Captaris has special documentation for each of the vendor extensions supported by the RightFax MFP
Module.
Step Three: Contact Captaris Technical Support and provide them with your MFP Module license card to activate your purchased product.
