History of Revisions to Codes of Conduct

Revisions made on October 26, 2006
 
On October 26, 2006, the Board of Directors of Captaris, Inc. (the "Company") adopted and approved amendments to the Company Code of Business Conduct (the "Code").  The principal amendments include:  (i) a new introduction; (ii) a new section on the purpose of the Code; (iii) a revised section on complying with applicable laws and regulations; (iv) a new provision regarding conflicts of interest pertaining to gifts; (v) an expanded section on recordkeeping, reporting and financial integrity; (vi) a revised section on protecting confidential and proprietary information; (vii) an expanded description of how to report violations of the Code; and (viii) an expanded section on the administration and enforcement of the Code.
