Peter Papano - Chief Financial Officer

Peter Papano joined Captaris as Chief Financial Officer in September 2003. Peter served as Chief Financial Officer at three previous companies prior to Captaris - Evant, Inc., an enterprise software company for retail and demand chain management, from 2000 to 2003; QRS Corporation, an e-commerce company for retail trading, from 1998 - 2000; and The Dialog Corporation, an electronic information company, from 1991 to 1998. Prior to these positions, Papano served as the Western Group Controller and the Director of Internal Control at Sprint Corporation from 1985 to 1991. He also held various accounting and finance positions at Verizon from 1975 to 1985.

Papano holds a BS degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance from University of Colorado and a Masters degree in Accounting from University of  Colorado. Peter is a member of the AICPA and the Indiana Society of CPAs.
