1. Introduction
---------------
This update to RightFAX version 7.2 installs new client
install source directories on your RightFAX 7.2 servers.
Client-install source directories are included for each of 
these languages:

 * English
 * French
 * German
 * Italian
 * Spanish
 * Portuguese
 * French-Canadian

With this update you can specify any of these languages as
the default for all your client installs.

2. Requirements

3. Updating the Client Install Source Directories on the 
   RightFAX Server
--------------------------------------------------------
1. On the RightFAX server, run "Administrative Installation
   Shortcut." 
2. If the file Msiexec.exe has not already been installed on
   this machine, it will be installed. This requires the 
   machine to reboot. After rebooting, the installation will
   continue automatically.
3. In the Administrative Installation Options dialog box, 
   enter the name of the fax server you are on and select 
   the default language for future client installs. (You can
   change this default at any time. For instructions, see 
   "Changing the Default Client Language.")
4. Click OK to open the next Dialog box.
5. Enter the directory on the server where you want to
   install the new client source files and directories. 
   RightFAX recommends the RightFAX\Client\Win32 directory.
   This is the client install source directory from which 
   you will run all RightFAX client installs.
6. Click OK. The new client source files will be installed.

Note: If for any reason you need to reinstall this update,
you must first remove the language directories from the  
cient install source directory on the RightFAX server.

4. Installing Client Software
-----------------------------
After installing this update, the RightFAX client software 
can be installed on any client workstation by running the
file Setup.exe from the client install source directory on 
the RightFAX server. If you are upgrading an existing client
install, you must uninstall the client before running 
Setup.exe. For details on the install process, refer to 
your RightFAX Administrator's Guide.

5. Changing the Default Client Language
---------------------------------------

Follow these steps to change the default language for future
installations of the RightFAX client software:

1. Using a text editor, edit the file Setup.ini in the 
   client install source directory.
2. Locate the value "LanguageType=#" in the [Startup] group.
3. Set the LanguageType value to the new default language
   using this table of values:

   Language          Value

   English             1
   French              2
   German              3
   Italian             4
   Spanish             5
   Portuguese          6
   French-Canadian     7

4. Save and close the file.
