Your development
Personal and professional growth is impossible without lifelong learning. Captaris provides you with leadership training during the first year of your employment and works with you to develop leadership skills for the future. As part of your yearly goals, you will be expected to participate in personal and professional development that may include seminars, conferences or technical certification programs - all with the Company's support.

What it's really like

We enjoy a casual dress code and work environment where you can freely communicate with people in other departments, across campuses or at any level in the organization. Communicating effectively requires continuous effort, but at Captaris you won't be restricted by formal communication protocols or top-down-only messages.

Community Crew
The Captaris Community Crew strives to build teamwork and encourage associates to make a difference in their community by giving their time and resources to local and nationwide charities. It is our intent to have activities reflect the Captaris values while demonstrating sound corporate citizenship, ethics and responsibility. The Crew is also responsible for creating opportunities to socialize and enjoy coworkers through a variety of events throughout the year.

Charitable activities and social events vary at each campus and are organized and executed by a committee of volunteers from various departments. Any and all Captaris associates are encouraged to volunteer their time with the Captaris Community Crew.
