Captaris Is Now Open Text

All Captaris Customer Support information has moved to the Open Text Knowledge Center (KC) effective April 20, 2009. Logon information was e-mailed to all customers with valid e-mail information in our database on Wednesday, April 15, 2009. If you did not receive your logon information, you can contact Open Text Customer Support for assistance.

The KC supports administrators and developers working with Open Text technologies. It includes access to software downloads, documentation, patches, discussion forums and the Knowledge Base, which offers a growing collection of technical articles, tips, tricks and code samples to help administrators and developers learn more about Open Text software.

A special technical support area has been established on the KC for Fax & Document Distribution Group (Captaris) customers and partners. All existing Captaris community assets like Documentation, Updates and Downloads, and the Knowledge Base have been migrated to the KC. In addition, most Fax & Document Distribution Group (Captaris) software products are now available via electronic delivery from the KC.
