    Helpppppppp...Captaris Version 6.5 issues

This is a brief about our installation environment,

    • We have just upgraded Captaris workflow from version 5.4 to version 6.5
    • The environment is as following:

Captaris workflows  main server installed in one server

    Two clustered SQL Server

Two SharePoint servers with Captaris web Part configured on the two servers

In our current Captaris installation, We have migrated to version 6.5 and the problem regarding this version is as following:

    1.    Many processes fails with an the exceptions trace

    ·         System.Exception: Process is 'ExpenseRequest (191434)'  Model is 'ExpenseRequest'   Could not run script method tskHRApproval_Complete()     Could not run script. ---> System.Exception: Could not run script. ---> System.ArgumentException: The name can be no more than 260 characters in length.     at System.Threading.Mutex..ctor(Boolean initiallyOwned, String name, Boolean& createdNew, MutexSecurit

    ·         System.ArgumentException: The name can be no more than 260 characters in length.     at Teamplate.BLL.ScriptEngine.MethodExists(String methodName)     at Teamplate.BLL.ModelTask.FailTask(Exception e, Object data)

    2.     Many processes complete and do not advance

    3.     When importing users from AD to Captaris, Description field is not filled

Item no. 2 & 3 have no solutions with Open Text support and they guide us to install FP2 to solve the first issue (they call it Mutex issue). But FP2 have its problems like you have to uninstall Captaris from all servers and then install FP2.

And we also installed FP2, but got license error in the SharePoint server although the license exist on another server this server is working fine. So we moved back to version 6.5
