Hi All
How we can differentiate from Inbound fax to routed faxes in Rightfax Database?

When we query the RFView_Documents for users incoming faxes it shows routed and inbound faxes, but I need to filter only inbound faxes. Is there any way to query only the inbound faxes??

There are few users in with Faxinbox, who will not able to receive faxes directly, how to filter them using comapi?
