As medical health insurance system kindly be informed that one of our key business needs is to have a report showing for each sent fax the following details;

·         Send TO

·         Name

·         Fax-Number/Remote ID

·         Subject

·         Pages

·         Status

·         Remote-ID

·         Off-Hook Time

·         Date-Time

For more explanation from the live situation;

We have one employee in the company responsible to send notifications via fax system (RightFax) to all the hospitals that we deal with; however each fax shall send to around 400 numbers.

At the end of the day, he needs to generate a “single” report with list of all the recipients numbers and statuses (ok, no answer..etc) for that particular fax and attach this report with the original fax page and file them in his cabinet for reference.

Please guide us properly how to generate such a report.
