In our Bangalore Captaris 65 Test environment(one WEB server and one APP server and one DB server), we have encountered the issue with license.
So We have got new activation key from Captaris customer support executive and applied on our Application server through captaris Licensing Utility and it got activated without any issue, but while browsing the web server Web Wizard (Model creation wizard) still it shows "Your demo License has expired" error message.
I could not able to find any "Captaris Licensing Utility" on WEB Server.
Can you please suggest/help us, How can we resolve this issue on WEB Server?
