In receiving fax scenario:   

When reading attachment object it’s downloading  the file to temp folder (C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\ ),

At server , don’t have read/write access to that specific folder(temp) because of some security reasons.

Is it possible to mention a specific folder to download the attachments or can we have memory steam/ file steam object to read from?
