Thanks for the quick response. I found my problem, it was the way Microsoft .NET Framework saves TIFF images.

I used GDI+ to split the multi-page TIFF image to get rid of the cover page so I can resend the attachments, and it resulted in a TIFF Group 3 with mis-matched horizontal and vertical resolution (instead of 200X200 dpi, it's 203X192 dpi.)

But, here's the strange part: If I split the TIFF image into a TIFF Group 4 file, it works, even though the resolution is still 203X192 dpi.

Must be something with the .NET GDI+ routine...

In fact, even though we always say "200x200", 203x192 IS the resolution for a "fine" fax. I ran across this yesterday.
