Ok back to the drawing board,

I am trying to create a report in the SQL DB for rightfax 9.3 that reports error transmitions - faxes that did not send or have been received correctly and would like the following information captured against the failure:

Fax number the failed transmition came from

Fax number the failed transmition was sent to

The time of the transmition

The Fax that the failure occurred on

Does anyone know of a way to do mthis or the relevant tables in the schema that hold this data so I can create the report myself?

It would also be nice to report on faxes with >0 pages in the same way as above

 

Again any help will be welcomed with open arms

Hi Mike,

I'm not an expert on this but recently had to retrieve similar information from the RF database. There are 2 views which could provide the information you're looking for:

dbo.RFView_Documents
dbo.RFView_DocTransactions
