I tried to set MSMQ event as the system trigger, but it's not working.

The way I did was: first created a new model, set the system trigger type, and specified the queue location as .\private$\queue1 on the same machine as the captaris server, then I sent a message to this queue from another machine. Although the message shows up in the queue, no new process is created.

The file drop trigger works OK for me, but sometimes I have to restart the captaris workflow SWS service to make it work.

Please help.
