Is there any way to delegate the permissions/responsibilities from a user to another?

I need to set up a way for a user to accomplish somebody else's tasks when he is on vacation.

Sure, write an app that creates a session object, then a BProcess object. then call process.load(procID). Now you can call something like process.responsibleid=5 where 5 is the new responsible id.

just realised that you would watn to do it for all processes, not just one. Maybe get a worklist of tasks assigned to that user, then do the above on each of those.
