We are using Rightfax 8.5  We use Peoplesoft to generate a LIS file with accompanied CTL file for our purchase orders.  When the file size is approx 1MB or larger Rightfax does not process the file, the LIS file just sits in the inbound queue.  Could there be a setting/configuration that needs to be adjusted?
