Background:
When sending a fax using the RightFax COM API, the fax cover sheet may not get sent as expected.
RightFax supports two ways of authentication: RightFax authentication and NT authentication. When using the latter, it has been discovered that FaxServerInstance.OpenServer() must be invoked explicitly in order to properly attach the cover sheet to the fax.
