Welcome

The Captaris Developer Portal is dedicated to the community of Developers, Partners, and Integrators looking to extend the Captaris family of products.

The site will provide a central location to find current material on RightFax, Captaris Workflow and Alchemy Document Management as it relates to the product APIs and their use in building integrated solutions. We will also cover related information that may impact the Captaris products, such as software updates, noteworthy news from our Partners, industry news and technology trends.

Our goal is to provide an open and respectful environment where people can exchange ideas, make comments and receive assistance. We hope those are your goals as well, welcome!

AAA - Alchemy Application Accelerator

The Captaris Developer Program introduces Alchemy Application Accelerator (AAA). AAA is a .NET remoting service that custom built Alchemy applications can use to integrate with Captaris Alchemy. This utility will simplify and streamline the development of Alchemy applications and has advantages over using Alchemy's COM API. This includes consuming one license and being thread safe by queing transactional based requests to Alchemy for processing.

Captaris Developer Program Subscriptions

In addition to the "registered" user community, the Forums and Blogs, Captaris provides developer program subscriptions. These subscriptions are specifically designed for our end-users and for our partners. They are:

	Captaris Customer Developer Program (CCDP)
	Captaris Partner Developer Program (CPDP)

The CCDP and CPDP datasheets can be found under the Files section of the site in the Developer Program Genereal Section.
